I just love all things hot and spicy! Of course, for me, it should be a pleasant type of hot and spicy and not those that would almost burn your mouths and keep them numb for hours! With this, I'd like to share with you guys this product that would tickle your taste buds and would definitely have them ask for more. Ladies and gentlemen, I present you Chill OUT Chili Garlic oil! HUMBLE BEGINNING:

Chill OUT Chili Garlic Oil is owned by partners Mr. Ceferino Kim I. Buenaventura and Ms. Marife P. Tandingan. They started making this mouth-watering condiment back in July of 2016. Kim, being a chili lover himself, tried cooking chili oil for personal use when he got back home to Pangasinan after working abroad in Qatar. He shared a portion of it to one of his relatives who works in a call center which was then shared with his workmates during lunch breaks. From that moment, word of mouth's magic worked its way in making this chili oil a full-blown business for Kim and his life partner, Marife. As both of them and their loved ones like partying out and while the chili oil is also perfect for finger food on parties, they thought of the name "Chill OUT" for their product.

Chill OUT is 100% natural, homemade chili garlic oil which indicates that it offers the natural health benefits of chili and garlic adding to that the avoidance of artificial chemicals and additives like MSG and other preservatives. 

Chill OUT is also an award-winning Pinoy product as it is one of the few who was chosen by the 12th National Product Quality Excellence Awards (Q Asia's Seal of Product/Service Quality) as the "Best Homemade Chili Oil (Rizal)" for 2016-2017.


PRODUCT REVIEW

Just like what I've mentioned at the beginning of this blog post, it is by far, the best chili garlic oil that I've tasted. I'm a chili garlic oil lover so I can really attest to the quality of this product. It has a rich savory taste and you can really notice that it's homemade and not some factory manufactured product. It's absolutely perfect to be partnered with dim sum, fried food and personally, I love to use it in cooking spicy fried rice!

The owners have shared with me that they started selling this product in a plastic peanut butter container back in Pangasinan for only Php 80.00 per bottle. A year has now passed since then and they have really improved a lot when it comes to the packaging of the product. As seen in the above photos, it is now packaged in a tightly sealed glass container ensuring its freshness every single time!

At the moment, Chill OUT Chili Garlic Oil comes in a 220ml glass container and they're selling it for Php 130.00 each. They are also open for bulk orders with a discounted price of Php 115.00 each.
